In 2005, VR Business Sales / Mergers & Acquisitions presented the inaugural VR Most Valuable Intermediary Award (“MVI”) to recognize the individual who demonstrated outstanding professionalism; client advocacy; and leadership; and assisted in the betterment of the organization. Bruce Johnson, the 2023 VR Most Valuable Intermediary, is a graduate of the State University of New York, who brought to VR over 25 years of financial and operational experience in the roles of CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Operations. Mr. Johnson led a corporate team responsible for identifying, acquiring, and integrating 18 companies over a 5-year period with values ranging from $2 to $45 million.
Since joining VR in 2010, Bruce has consistently ranked both quarterly and annually among the top VR offices and owners. Mr. Johnson’s client satisfaction feedback has for over a decade set the standard for others in the organization to emulate. His loyalty and commitment to the VR organization, his chosen profession, and his community are just a few of the factors that led to him being awarded the 2023 VR Most Valuable Intermediary Award.
